應(yīng)急措施：
Emergency measures:
眼睛接觸： 立即用大量的清水沖洗眼睛至少15分鐘，然后請(qǐng)眼科醫(yī)生處理。
Eye contact: Wash immediately with copious clean and fresh water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
皮膚接觸：盡快將接觸區(qū)域的被污染的衣服和鞋子除去，立即用溫和的肥皂和大量的清水清洗接觸區(qū)域，如果感到不適，詢問(wèn)醫(yī)護(hù)人員。
Skin contact: Remove the contaminated clothes and shoes in the contact area as soon as possible, and then wash off with plenty of clean and fresh water and soap immediately; in case of feeling uncomfortable, seek medical attention. 
吸   入 ：將人員移到有新鮮空氣的地方，如果有必要，進(jìn)行人工呼吸。如果有癥狀出現(xiàn)，請(qǐng)立即就醫(yī)。
Inhalation: Move affected persons to fresh air; when necessary, give artificial respiration and seek medical attention in case of symptoms.
滅火措施：
Fire fighting measures: 
油墨在火場(chǎng)旁邊時(shí)：立即把油墨轉(zhuǎn)移到安全的地方。轉(zhuǎn)移不了時(shí)，往容器
上及其周圍撒水冷卻。
When the printing ink is near fires, move it to a safe place, and spray water to the containers and surroundings for cooling if it cannot be moved.
油墨著火時(shí)：用滅火器或水槍滅火，滅火時(shí)必須戴保護(hù)用具并在上風(fēng)處滅
火。
When the printing ink is on fire, quell the fire with extinguishers or water guns in the upwind direction by wearing protective products.
區(qū)分滅火物質(zhì)：在火災(zāi)中，使用水槍，泡沫，干化學(xué)粉末，或二氧化碳滅火。
Extinguishing media: In case of a fire, use water guns, powder, dry chemical powder or carbon dioxide for extinguishment.

在滅火中需要特別認(rèn)識(shí)的危險(xiǎn):從一個(gè)安全的距離噴水以冷卻和保護(hù)周圍的地區(qū),如果沒(méi)有危險(xiǎn)，從著火地區(qū)移走容器,用噴水槍冷卻容器,滅火員需穿戴適當(dāng)?shù)姆雷o(hù)裝備
意外的泄漏的處理：
Recognition of risks during extinguishing: Cool and protect the surroundings with water spray at a safe distance; if there is no danger, remove containers from the scene of fire, and cool the containers with water guns; fire fighters must wear protective products properly.   
通常：避免皮膚接觸和吸入蒸汽地面溢出：通過(guò)挖掘排水溝來(lái)收集溢出的物質(zhì)然后用有吸收作用的物質(zhì)將這些收集起來(lái)的溢出物吸收并放入封口的容器中。使用去污粉和漂白劑或苛性鈉溶液擦洗被污染的區(qū)域
Usually, avoid skin contact and overflow of vapor, allow the runoff to enter water courses, and then absorb such runoff with absorbent materials and put them in sealed containers, finally clean the polluted areas with cleanser, decolorizer or caustic soda solution.

丟棄時(shí)注意事項(xiàng)：
Disposal considerations:
裝到桶里，并封緊，以放翻倒時(shí)流出。
Put it in sealed buckets to avoid spilling after turning over.
自己焚燒處理時(shí)請(qǐng)按照工業(yè)廢棄物處理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)焚燒。
Burning treatment should be in accordance with the standard for industrial waste disposal.
委托外部處理時(shí)，要注明是廢棄物（可燃性），并委托由許可證的廢物處理公司處理。
For external disposal, mark with waste (inflammable) and send to the licensed waste treatment company for treatment. 
運(yùn)輸注意事項(xiàng)：
Considerations for transportation:
檢查容器漏不漏，裝貨時(shí)防止翻倒。掉落、損傷、貨物坍塌。
Check containers without leakage; prevent turning over, dropping, destroying and collapsing of the products when loading.
按照消防法中3級(jí)危險(xiǎn)品處置規(guī)定，把本品裝在容器里運(yùn)輸。
Place products in containers for transportation in accordance with the Fire Prevention Law of the Peoples Republic of China: disposal rules on 3-rating hazardous materials.
這個(gè)產(chǎn)品在正常、預(yù)處理的儲(chǔ)存和處理?xiàng)l件下被認(rèn)為是穩(wěn)定的原材料。
